Book a demonstration

See AI governance work end to end in thirty minutes.

A working session, not a pitch. We show discovery, EU AI Act classification, obligations and the audit-ready evidence trail on real governance workflows, then agree a concrete next step.

The agenda

A fixed thirty-minute structure.

  1. 0–5 min

    Your governance position

Where you are today: inventory, ownership, deadlines and the obligations you are being asked to prove.

  2. 5–20 min

    Live platform walkthrough

Discovery of AI systems from real documentation, qualification against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, role and applicability assessment, and generated obligations.

  3. 20–27 min

    Evidence and audit trail

How every decision is recorded as append-only evidence a regulator, auditor or board committee can follow end to end.

  4. 27–30 min

    Next step

A pilot scope, a security and procurement pack, or a follow-up session with your legal and risk stakeholders.

What you leave with

  • A clear read on which of your AI systems are in scope of the EU AI Act
  • The specific obligations that attach to your organisational role
  • What evidence you need on file before 2 August 2026
  • An honest view of where AIRAS Cloud fits — and where it does not

Sessions are run by a named member of the AIRAS Cloud team. We follow up in writing the same working day.

Before you book

Common questions.

How long does an AIRAS Cloud demo take?
Thirty minutes. We keep it to a fixed agenda and send a written summary afterwards so you can circulate it internally.
Who should attend the demonstration?
Typically the person accountable for AI governance, plus legal, risk, compliance or security. Technical attendance is welcome but not required.
Do we need to prepare anything in advance?
No. We demonstrate on synthetic data. If you would like to see discovery run against your own documentation, that is arranged separately under an appropriate agreement.
Is the demonstration commercially committing?
No. Plans and indicative pricing are published, and the session is a working conversation rather than a sales pitch.
