AIRAS Cloud is an enterprise AI governance and risk-assurance platform, built and operated in Ireland by AFRH Consulting Limited (CRO 798243). The platform helps regulated and risk-sensitive organisations discover and register AI systems, models, agents and embedded vendor features, establish accountable ownership, qualify systems on evidence, assess risk using deterministic and version-controlled rules, derive the applicable control set, route decisions through authorised human review with segregation of duties, monitor material change and incidents, and produce append-only, exportable evidence. Its governing principle is that AI does not approve AI.

AIRAS Cloud supports AI governance, risk management, evidence production and regulatory readiness. It does not provide legal advice, does not certify compliance and does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation or standard.

Founder biography

Richard Higgins is the founder and chief executive of AIRAS Cloud. He brings over fifteen years of experience across regulated technology delivery, quality assurance, testing, governance and transformation programmes, and began the work that became AIRAS Cloud in 2021 after repeatedly encountering the same failure: AI policy existed on paper, but nothing carried an assessment through to a defensible, evidenced decision.

Amy Higgins is co-founder and chief product officer, responsible for the product model, the control libraries and how governance work is presented to the people who have to do it.

The AIRAS Cloud name and logo may be used in editorial coverage of the company and product. Please do not alter the mark, recolour it, or use it in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.
